Bahaya Debu Asbes !

(TST/Bimo)

ASBESTOS IN INDONESIA

(AMINAH MAHMUDDEPARTMENT OF MANPOWER AND TRANSMIGRATION, INDONESIA)

1. GLOBAL ISSUE OF ASBESTOS, INDONESIA STILL PRIORITY TO ECONOMIC REASONS THAN ENVIRONMENT AND HEALTH.
- SINCE 1959 INDONESIA USE CHRYSOTILE CONTAINING MATERIALS, NEVERTHELESS UNTILL NOW NEVER FOUND HAZARDOUS TO HEALTHY CAUSE OF ASBESTOS.􀁺ECONOMIC REASONS OF ITS USAGE IN INDONESIA
- AS REPORT FROM PERSAHABATAN ‘S HOSPITAL, A LOT OF LUNG CANCER CASES AND MESOTHELIOMA, BUT NO ONES RELATED TO ASBESTOS.
- IN INDONESIA THERE ARE 26 INDUSTRIALS WITH ABOUT 7.000 EMPLOYEES WHO FINISHED PRODUCT CONTAINING CHRYSOTILE MATERIALS.
- STILL NO DATA OR REPORTED ABOUT OCCUPATIONAL DISEASE CAUSED BY ASBESTOS.

THE PATIENT'S of MESOTHELIOMA

Let's say, just like any other cancer patients, they are remaining no hope for curing their illness. Eventhough they got insurance company, healthy risk is above of all. 20 to 50 year, asbestos results in mesothelioma appear suddenly. No, excuses they have to fight alone with health condition. While the company get the money from their sick.
Despite if the dangerous of asbestos, our economic condition still need it because of its multifunction usefullnes. So, it can be think as the sacrifacion for others wealth.
Cancer are uncured, eventhough it can be controlled, there's always be chance to relaps again called secondary cancer. And usually before the patients got this secondary cancer they allready died first. What a horrible choice.
Instead of legalize use of asbestos in Indonesia, I hope goverment can rearranged the polices of its use. Mesothelioma, sounds unique, but deathly mean trick..

Irresistible cancer

I've just followed an work field training in some Hospital, and I found an illneses that caused by endangered toxic substances that provided in our suroundings.

It's called mesothelioma, mostly caused by asbestos that contained in cement and mining industries.

I can't imagine how it could be not prohibited.
Well, in Indonesia it is claimed that mesothelioma which suffered wasn't caused by asbestos.

As a report from Persahabatan Hospital, a lot of lung cancer and mesothelioma cases, but no one related to asbestos.

Eventhough, the report confirm like that, we can not neglected possibility dangerous of asbestos.

We have to be more carefully to the things that possibly contain asbestos. There are some crayons, and coloring pencils that also contain asbestos.

Remind our children, always to wash their hands after coloring or drawing.

AGE IS NEVER A LIMITING FACTOR TO STAYING FIT

Most people tend to set limits for themselves. Certain beliefs like "the fitness lifestyle is only for the youth", "I am too old to lift weights", "I am too old to look that good", and "giving birth slows down my metabolism" are the limiting factors that shape our mindset.
It may be good to have such thoughts to give us reality check, but more often than not we are trapped in those limiting thoughts. But those thoughts should stop at that, giving us reality check so we can pursue whatever we aspire to more wisely. In no way should we allow those thoughts to determine what is possible and what we can achieve in the future. With your health and youthful spirit, age is never a limiting factor.
The fitness lifestyle is a lifestlye that incorporates regular resistance training and aerobic activities, balanced nutritional intake and sound rest.
By living this lifestyle, all people regardless of age, starting physical condition and gender will notice improved muscular and bodily functions, heightened metabolism and daily vitality, better blood sugar control, a desired shift in physical composition and sexual vigor and a blockage or even reversal of the aging process.

HOW TO STOP EMOTIONAL EATING?

(The Starr)
Though strong emotions can trigger cravings for food, you can take steps to control those cravings. To help stop emotional eating, try these suggestions:
1. Learn to recognize true hunger. Is your hunger physical or emotional? If you ate just a few hours ago and don't have a rumbling stomach, you are probably not really hungry. Give the craving a few minutes to pass.
2. Know your triggers. For the next several days, write down what you eat, how you are feeling when you eat and how hungry you are. Over time, you may see patterns emerge that reveal negative eating patterns and triggers to avoid.
3. Look elsewhere for comfort. Instead of unwrapping a candy bar, take a walk, treat yourself to a movie, listen to a music, read or call a friend. If you think that stress relating to a particular event is nudging you toward the refrigerator, try talking to someone about it to distract yourself. Plan enjoyable events for yourself.
4. Don't keep unhealthy foods around. Avoid having an abundance of high-calorie comfort foods in the house. If you feel hungry or blue, postpone the shopping trip for a few hours so that these feelings don't influence your decision at the store.
5. Snack healthy. If you feel the urge to eat between meals, choose a low-fat, low-calorie food, such as fresh fruit, vegetables with fat-free dip or unbuttered popcorn. Or test low-fat, lower calorie versions of your favorite foods to see if they satisfy your cravings.
6. Eat a balanced diet. If you are not getting enough calories to meet your energy needs, you may be more likely to give in to emotional eating. Try to eat at fairly regular times and don't skip breakfast. Include foods from the basic groups in your meals. Emphasize whole grains, vegetables and fruits, as well as low-fat dairy products and lean protein sources. When you feel up on the basics, you are more likely to feel fuller, longer.
7. Exercise regularly and get adequate rest. Your mood is more manageable and your body can more effectively fight stress when it is fit and well rested.

WHY EMOTIONAL EATING APPEAR?

Sometimes the strongest longings for food happen when you are at your weakest point emotionally. Many people turn to food for comfort - consciously or unconsciously - when they are facing a difficult problem or looking to keep themselves occupied. But emotionally eating - eating as a way to suppress or soothe negative emotions, such as stress, anger, anxiety, boredom, sadness, and loneliness- can sabotage your weight-loss efforts.
Often, emotional eating leads eating too much food, especially high-calorie, sweet, salty and fatty foods. The good news is that if you are prone to emotional eating, you can take steps to regain control of your eating habits and get back on track with your weight-loss goals.
Major life events - such as unemployment, health problems and divorce - and daily life hassles - such as stressfull work commute, bad weather and changes in your normal routine - can trigger emotions that lead to overeating.
But why do negative emotions lead to overeating? Some foods may have seemingly addictive qualities. For eaxample, when you eat enticing foods, such as chocolate, your body releases trace amounts of mood - and satisfaction elevating hormones. That "reward" may reinforce a preference for foods that are most closely associated with specific feelings. Related to this is the simple fact that the pleasure of eating offsets negative emotions.
Food can also be a distraction. If you are worried about an upcoming event or rethinking an earlier conflict, eating comfort foods may distract you. But the distraction is only temporary. While you are eating, your thoughts focus on the pleasant taste of your comfort food. Unfortunately, when you done overeating, your attention returns to your worries, and you may now bear the additional burden of guilt about overeating.

If you give in to emotional eating, forgive yourself and start fresh next day. Try to learn from the experience, and make a plan for how you can prevent it in the future. Focus on the effective changes you are making in your eat habits and give yourself credit for making changes that ensure better health.

NEVER SKIP YOUR BREAKFAST

(Strait Times)

Body-concious teens may believe cutting out breakfast will help them loose weight, but the opposite apears to be the case. Those who skipped breakfast weight on average 2.3kg more than those who ate first thing in the day. And this was so even though the breakfast-eaters consumed more calories in the course of the day. An additional research said, those who ate breakfast-and then ate more during the day-were likely to be more active.
The research adds weight to evidence that people who eat breakfast-whatever their age-are learner than those who do not. It may seem counter-intuitive, but while they ate more calories, they did more to burn those off, and that may be because whose ate breakfast did not feel so lethargic.
While it's best to go for a healthy option, a wholegrain cereal for instance, the evidence does seem to suggest that eating anything is better than eating nothing at all.
Around 25 percent students/people (from population sampling research) were regularly missed breakfast, and the problem was particularly pronounced among young women. They skip breakfast because they worry about weight gain-and it's ironic that the ones who aren't worried and eat in the mornings are the ones who keep their weight down.
If you eat well first thing, you'll feel brighter, you'll have more get up and go and you'll expend more energy. Eating regular meal is vital, and a proper breakfast is very important. Cutting up breakfast does not help you lose weight.
Wholegrain cereal is best. But anything is better than no breakfast. You are likely to be more active and burn off more calories during the day if you do eat breakfast because you won't feel lethehrgic. Those who eat breakfast are more likely to keep their weight down.

SNEC

The most common and advanced cataract surgery technique at the Singapore National Eye Center (SNEC), 91.5 percent of cataract surgeries are performed by phacoemulsification. In medicine, new concepts and technology constantly surfaces and the SNEC has been instrumental in bringing advanced microsurgical techniques and lens implant technology to the nation and the region.
For almost two decades now, SNEC has been treating cases of poor eyesight in local patients as well as from overseas. Cases range from cataract to LASIK surgeries to potentially blinding conditions such as cornea and retinal diseases.
The high quality and volume of SNEC's services has seen the institution become the leading eye-center in the Asia-Pasific region and beyond.

LASIK

One major challenge faced by surgeon in cataract surgery is to achieve accurate refractive results in the patients who have had previous LASIK or other corrective surgeries. These procedures change the shape of their corneas and may pose inconsistent results during eyeball masurement when calculating their IOL power. However, with sophisticated new machinery and calculations formulas, the results after cataract surgery for these patients are proving to be very accurate.

ASTIGMATISM

Astigmatism for example, can be corrected in cataract surgery with use of a "toric" IOL or by performing Limbal Relaxing Incisions during the cataract surgery. These incisions are placed near the outer border of the cornea to modify and correct back the shape of the cornea, hence correcting astigmatism.

CATARACT PATIENTS

As cataract patients are becoming more involved and demanding with their choices, the trend of cataract surgery would be to provide vision for all activities without glasses. To achieve this, an accurate measurement of the eye ball before surgery is crucial. This requires the use of state-of-the-art machinery by experienced techinicians so as to obtain accurate results used in choosing the right IOLs power to use during cataract surgery.

"WAVEFRONT" IOLs

On the other hand, the "wavefron" IOLs can help reduce or omit aberrations of images that we sometimes see, especially in the dark when our pupils are larger. "Yellow'" or blue-blocking IOLs help block out the blue light that is believed to harm our macula and causes degenerative changes (all IOLs have ultraviolet tint anyway, to protect eyes against the sun's rays). "Toric" IOLs, like Toric contact lenses, are used in cases with a significant amount of astigmatism, so as to correct the astigmatism during the cataract surgery. The concept has been around for some time, but it is only current the designs that have shown better predictability and stability of resuts.

IOLs DEVELOPMENT

Prior to development of IOLs, cataract patients were forced to wear thick glasses or contact lenses after surgery; they were essentially blind without their glasses. However there has been remarkable improvement in the designs of these IOLs over the years. Currently, most IOLs used in phacoemulsification are made of either silicone or acrylic. These materials make the IOLs pliable. Hence they can be folded or rolled to be placed into the eye.
In addition, there is also an array of IOLs ranging from "multifocal" to "wavefront", "yellow", "toric" and many more. The new "multifocal" and accomodating IOLs offer the possibility of seeing well at more than one distance and solving more vision problems than ever. Earlier designs had problems with glare but the current ones semms to work much better and are popular.

CATARACT SURGERY

(compiled from: www.flyfreefor health.com)

A cataract is a condition in which the crystalline lens of the eye becomes opaque, preventing sufficient light rays from entering the eye, hence impairing vision. Cataracts are the leading cause of blindness in the world and they develop fo a number of reasons:
1. Prolonged exposure to UV light,
2. long-term use of certain medications,
3. hypertension
4. old age
5. secondary effect of diseases such as diabetes, to mention a few.
6. In the young, cataracts can be present at birth or can develop as a result of injury.
The most common and advanced cataract surgery technique is phacoemulsification (performed as a day/ambulatory surgery). In phacoemulsification, a handled instrument driven by ultrasound is used to emulsify and aspirate the cataract lens out of the eye through an incision as tiny as 1.8 mm. The instrument has metallis tip, which vibrates at a very high speed. The device that drives this vibration is housed in a machine that controls the flow of fluid into the eye.
The entire system is important in keeping the eye stable and fluidics correct to allow the surgeon to operate safely and efficiently. The surgery is complete with less discomfort, a more rapid rehabilitation of vision and with the possibility the patient will no longer have to rely on spectacles.
Once the cataract-damaged lens has been removed, an artificial intraocular lens (IOL) is implanted. This implant measures about 12.5 mm in length; it is inert and stay in the eye forever.

HEALTH SYSTEM NOT READY FOR AGING BABY BOOMERS

(Associated Press) Millions of American baby boomers are about to enter a health care system for seniors that not only is not ready for them, but may even discourage them for getting quality care. The Institute of Medicine Commitee that released a report Monday on the health care outlook for the 78 million baby boomers about a begin turning 65. The report from the institute, an arm of the National Academy of Sciences, said: 1. There are not enough specialists in geriatric medicine. 2. Insufficient training is available. 3. That specialists that do exist are underpaid. 4. Medicare fails to provide for team care that many elderly patients need. The study said Medicare may even hinder seniors from getting the best care because of its low reimbursement rates, a focus on treating short-term health problems rather than managing chronic conditions and lack of coverage for percentive services or for health care providers' time spent collaborating with a patient's other poviders.

HOW SHOULD CANCER BE TREATED?

The three main ways of treating cancer are surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. For a cancer patient to be cured, we must get rid of the cancer and ensure that it never comes back. So the achieve "cure" means that there is no recurrence in and around the place the cancer was originally found (no local or regional recurrence) and no recurrence in distantsites (no systemic recurrence). Surgery and radiotherapy work hand in hand to ensure that the local site is "thoroughly sterilized". Surgery has to be aggressive to ensure that all cancer that can be seen is removed. Radiotherapy is added to kill any cancer cells that may be left in the area. Chemotherapy is different in that it treats cancer cells which my have escaped from the local site are "hidding" in other parts of the body like the bones, liver or lungs. These microscopic cells which they kill to prevent distant spread (metastases). Is there need a second opinion? It all depends on how confident you are with your doctor. If you want one, consider seeking an opinion at a facility which offers multidiciplinary cancer care. A second opinion can be very important because specialists may have their own preferences in approach.

WHAT IS THE STAGE OF CANCER?

The more advanced the stage, the poorer the overall outlook for the patient. Whenever cancer is suspected, it is important to proceed with a full staging to establish if the cancer has spread. These days, there is a range of radiological investigations that can be used-plain X-ray films, ultrasound imaging, computer-tomograms (CT scans), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and nuclear imaging. The latest and most sophisticated machine to aid in the diagnosis and staging of cancer is the PET-CT scan (positron emission tomogram). The big difference between a PET-CT scan and all the other imaging techniques is that it combines a metabolic scan with an anatomic scan.In a PET-CTscan, a tiny amount of radioactive labeled glucose is injected into the blood stream. Cancers are like sugar. As such, the glucose preferentially taken up by the cancer cells and the radioactive substance "lights up" to identify the location, size and activity of the cancer. The CT part of the PET allows us to accurately locate the place the cancer is hiding. A PET-CT scan has helped us to reduce unnecessary surgery because it can pick up cancer that has spread, which some of the imaging studies may miss. There are research papers that sugest that no patient should go for a lung cancer operation without first going for a PET-CT scan. This method has been shown to cut down "futile surgery" (surgery that need not be done) by half in patients with lung cancer.

WHAT TYPE OF CANCER IS IT?

(cont'd)

The diagnosis should always be backed by tissue proof of cancer. This is a critical step which must not go wrong. A good pathologist is responsible not only
for making the diagnosis but also for providing as much information as possible on the type of cancer. For example, in breast cancer, we need to know the size
of the tumor and the number of lymph nodes involved to know if there is a risk of the cancer returning.
If the diagnosis is in question, review of the pathology by an external pathologist is useful. The patient (and the doctor) has a right to ask for the pathologhy
blocks and slides to be sent to another of pathologist to confirm the diagnosis.

WHEN TOLD YOU HAVE CANCER, WHAT'S NEXT?

(Dr. Ang Peng Tiam)

Shock burns memories into our brains.Years laters, most patients can vividly recall how they felt when the doctor first conformed that they had cancer.
People respond differently to the diagnosis of cancer. Others get angry. I remember the Caucasian lady who took her anger out on me when I told her she had
an agressive brain cancer called glioblastoma multiforme.
She kept telling me that she "lived a very healthy life-eating lots of fruits and vegetables, exercising everyday and drinking lots of water". She felt that her doctors
(a neurologist, the neurosurgeon, the pathologist, the radiologist and I) were simply incompetent.
There are those who accept it as a matter of fact and begin focussing on what to be done. I remember a man, whom I diagnosed with colon cancer. He smiled
at his wife and said: "See, I told you so !"

When told that you have cancer, do not panic! Listen to what the doctor has to say. Ask a friend or relative to come and be with you.
Take your time - ask a many questions as you like. Most doctors are very happy to spend as much time as the patients needs to help him/her understand what
needs to be done.

Organic Foods

There are many ways to keep and stay healthy, taking an organic foods is one of the most popular style recently. Organic foods consist of plants/vegetables
that cultivate without adding syntesizely-chemist-fertilizer and poultry or husbandry that feed also with organic grasses. These animals and plants grow naturally,
without adding growth hormones. While non-organic farming, poultry and hunbandry use it for speed up the growth and get more profits.
Well, they got profits the customers get diseases. Sounds harsh isn't it!

The organic plants use a natural fertilizer, like compost from decomposed leaves, and put natur-predators to avoid plan diseases.

Organisc foods emerge by people who care so much about the savety of foods. They worried about xenobiotics agent that used to enlarge the fat/meat
of farming animals.
So now, it spread widely around the world. You can easily find an organic foods in supermarket locally. the appearance of organic foods sometimes look like
untreatment vegie plants, you can find many holes made by worms in the leaves. But that's mean no insectisides used to cultivate this vegie plants.

If you care about health, try this organic foods. It's believed can reduce the risks of cancer..

RISK FACTOR ASSESSMENT OF VENOUS THROMBOEMBOLISM (VTE)

Dear readers, after 2 intermezzo that i share, books and films, here I go again about cardiac matters.
Just in case if you find a person with below criteria, you can warn him/her, to be more carefull about health condition.

Appropriate use of prophylaxis is based upon risk factor assessment
Acquired Risk factors --> Causal/Result could make it more serious condition
1. Increasing age --> Varicose veins
2. Prolonged immoblity --> Pregnancy or estrogen use
3. Stroke or paralysis --> Cardiac dysfunction
4. Previous VTE --> indwelling central venous catheters
5. Cancer and its treatment --> nephrotic syndrom
6. Major surgery (abdomen, pelvis, and lower extremities) --> severe infention
7. Trauma (particularly fracturesof pelvis, hip or leg)
8. Inflammatory bowel diseases --> lupus anticoagulant
9. Obessity (BMI>30) --> long distance travel

This criteria is not merely a signal about VTE, but better knowing early than late. Best advice is go to Cardiac specialists, then see what best treatment
should take. Cardiac VTE is chronic diseases, but we can controlled it as long as we submissive doctor's recommendation.

health lifestyle is the best investation we all should take

She willing to Rasyid became 'father' of her baby.

That makes Laila and Maryam worry. Unfortunately, Rasyid knew it, he was so angry, then he tortured Laila and her daughter. Maryam tried to save them, on the contrary, it killed Rasyid accidentally.
Frightened what will happened if the soldier find his body, Maryam want to surrender and let Laila run to met his boyfriend (which known unsurely, lived with no legs because hitted with grenade during battle) outside Kabul, and has occupied as hotelier. Laila insist never lived Maryam alone and Maryam absolutely insist on her decision.
After Maryam convinced Laila

In the middle of the night, Laila went to south with her children. And in the morning, Maryam surender herself.
A week later, Maryam sentenced to die with the judge.
while, outside Kabul, Laila and her family lived happily, but eventhough Maryam has died, she will always live
inside Laila. Through Azizah and her eyes, Laila believed that Maryam could see and feel the happines too.
After war is over and new regime have the authority, which is not so much strict rules for women. Laila return,
and then established a school in Kabul, worked as a teacher with her husband.
Maybe Maryam's story is not the only one that ends tragically. But Her death will be remembered as a sadness

SHape your body (ANN/The Star)

When I read this article in news paper, Monday 14 April, I feel I have to type it again as a reminder for keeping health means preety looking.
Here it says in short:

It's obvious that our body shapes affects our lives in a number of different ways (very much yesss). Our body shapes often determine what and how much we eat
and exercise, what we wear and what we feel about ourselves. Just as our facial features are inherited genetically, our body shapes are too.
Women can easily says and blames their mother, father, grandmother, aunty, uncle, etc, by saying " I've inherited my mother's waist and hips" or
"I've got my dad's shoulders and height".

Here's a look at the characteristics of each body type and the diets and exercises to keep you in the best of health
1. The pear-shaped body
Jenifer Lopez is one of the example. Research has shown that people with this body shape show less risk of developing heart conditions.
This could be because hip-fat contains a natural anti-inflamatory element called adiponectin, which prevent arteries from swelling up and becoming blocked.
Storing fat around the hips also has fewer health risks than storing fat around the waist, although as with all body shapes. it is important to work hard and
eat a balanced meal to maintain a healthy weight.
2. The apple-shaped body
Silhouette that resembles an upside down triangle. This comonly body type for men. Women with this body type, will tend to accumulate weight around
their stomach rather than around their hips.
Sugestion: Keep that waistline in check to reduce risk of heart disease or diabetes. A healthy diet and active lifestyle are esential.
Toning and strengthening the upper body will benefit greatly.
3. The ruler body
Rulers seems to be eating all the time without getting any fatter. Although it might sound like a good problem to have, ruler-shape bodies often wish they
could put on some weight and have fuller figure rather than looking thin. Such figure does have its benefits, such as missing out on a myriad health problems
associated with too uch body fat. But it is believed that such a body has higher risks of developing osteoporosis.
4. The hourglass figure
This is 'perfecto' figure think for all women. The trouble that is for this body form, often find they put on weight quite easily, while finding it difficult to build muscle.
To maintain those curves, require a healthy low-fat diet and regular cardiovascular exercise.

Surely all this matters is just inherited, just ourselves determination to keep or make it beautiful as it suppose you like. Let this be the basis for making sure that
you are eating right and exercising right for your body shape.

LOW your mp3 sounds

We may already know, or perhaps feel that loud music can damage and cause hearing problems. Teens turn deaf ear to risks of mp3 players, said title
of newspaper that I read somedays ago. In focus-group discussion with students in the Netherlands, lead Researcher Inneke Vogel found that many students
didn't know when their mp3 players were too loud.
Volume at or above 90 decibels (dB) are believed to be hazardous, and noise levels reach to 120-140 dB are uncomfortable or painful. Manufacturers, acording
to the researchers, could equip mp3 players with an indicator that displays the volume level in terms of decibels, along with a signal-such as flashing lights-
that goes off when decibel levels reach the danger zone.
It is sugested that mp3 users set the volume no higher than 60 percent of its full capacity when using ear bud style headphones, while with over-the-ear
headphones recommend 70 % as the maximum,
So friends, feel worry about your hearing ability if you cannot hear your mother yelled right on your side with no headphone on your ear..

Two Years After

Two Years After

I remembered that time, friday 2 am, My mother called me and tell news that my grandmother has past away.
Without thinking anymore, I said "I have to go there", did not remember that I have a Practical
laboratory lecture on saturday morning. On the way journey to my grandma house, I called the Chief of Laboratory
Quantitative Drugs Analysis, the lecturer say sorry about the news and send deepest condolence for me. But
still cannot let me missed a day practical. I wont debated, so, I said "I'll try to catch the last train
on friday night".

In my grandma house, there are many families & neigbourhoods, then I sat beside her body, cried for her.
The next thing I knew, everything went so fast. They brought my grandma to cemetery, after that, I found myself
in train station for returned to campus. I left the ceremonial tradition in my family.

God, now I have lost the two most important person in my life.
I have knew, that she's also hospitalized for a week, problem in hypertension. My grandma is quite obesed, because
she a little bit over controlled her apetite.

I wonder, if I'm warned her about it, helped her to have a diet, arranged her menu as my capability-profesional
health care student- would it be the same...??

This is all lesson for learn, take care your health is a must.
Just like a wiseman said:
'exercise, better than drugs, better than hospitalized, better than anything"

Is that a right proverbs??

I don't know, I make it for myself. if that usefull for others, lets just say
I share it..

After they took away from me, I could remember moments of love that they gave me, the way they embrace & hug me,
shed my tears, awaken my enthusiasm to science & nature. Be grateful for each GOD's fate for me
Instropection when get calamity, and thankful for joy & happines that LORD has given to me.

Why Hakuna matata and poster Spiderman?

Well, "Hakuna matata is wonderful phrase" said Timon friends of Pumba. Both Timon & Pumba are Simba's friends.
They met each other when Simba ran from his herd, betrayed by his uncle Scar. At that time Simba felt loose hope
But Timon and Pumba sang for him a catchy witty song:
Hakuna Matata...Whatta wonderful phrase
'Hakuna matata, it's mean don't worryyy...
for the rest of your daaaayyyy
It's our philosophyyyyyy....
Hakuna matataaaaaaaaa
Yuhuuuuuuu..... Hakuna Matata ... X (fade out)

I felt the same "hakuna-matata's feeling" when my grandfather hospitalized 4 years ago.
I never thought, a military man, strong, fearless, tough oldman, can lied down weakly
with life just depend on machine to keep his heart beating.

I said to myself "dont worry, he'll be okay...he'll recover soon. Then we can talking, chatting, walking
trough mountain to mantain again, dont worry..."

But it never happened. He past away three months later. Cardiac failure and liver disability function was
the caused of his death.

The most precious things that remembered me about him was "He is a Hero" for his children, grandchildren,
even for the country. He just like SPiderman for me, spreading the web of love. Through helping people,
preserve nature, and many other good benevolences. His wisdoms truly inspired me.

I wonder if Spiderman in the movie/comics someday get cardiac disease (UPSS!!)
you know, just like any ordinary person in the world.
BUt, HE IS NoT an ordinary man, HE IS A SUPER-ORDINARY man.

Death can't be revealed. When it's coming, following, catching us, ready or no, it WILL
come forward. AND we ARE all walking toward DEATh.

I hope I can do my best in this life, so everyone who knows me can remember me as a good person ever been.

My idea is about "world without money" everybody can have acces to everything without buying.
That sounds crazy, but life is getting crazier with money within it, right?!!
Robbers, criminals, all bad things come appear for the want of having money.

Well I'm so sorry just kidding..may be the world become worse if money dissapear... HAHAHAHA
There would be no banks, tellers, money changer, currency etc.

No heart feeling, just follow your life as it can be. no cheating.. :D

Hakuna matata don't worry everything is gonna be find

be opthimist

My grandpa's death left many memories of happines especially an endless spirit for never give up in reaching ur dreams come true
