- If patient condition stabil, may be switch to oral medications: refer to chronic heart failure tratment plan for oral medication recomendations
- Specific evaluation for reversible etiologies, specific reactions.

Management Of Chronic Heart Failure
there are four different clases that indicate the emergence conditions. But most of all have same premedicative non-pharmacologic treatment
- Educate the patient about their disease state, prognosis and treatment
- Warn potential drug drug interactions with self medications
- Patient should maintain good nutrition, if obesed, pursue him/her to take a diet
- Alcoholic cardiomyopathy sufferers must abstain from alcohol
- Smoking cessation
- Consider exercise training in all stable outpatients with chronic heart failure

- Reduce intake of saturated fats (<7 %of total calories) & cholesterol (<200 mg/day)
